Your first stop will be a joint orientation with other Nehemiah Teams. Learning the skills needed to carry out your assignment as well as team building will fill these first few days. Your team will then fly to your final destination for the summer. Following your ministry time you will return to the US for a joint debrief... sharing all God has done over the summer.

English & Church Planting

Field cost: $1507 plus round trip airfare, passport costs, immunizations, required travel insurance, etc. Over a million refugees have arrived in Germany since 2015. Many have come to Christ but help is needed to reach Germans who have become apathetic to Christ since the Reformation 500 years ago! Use English to help reach this population. In an urban setting, you will have opportunity to use English as the bridge to work with young & older adults. A local Business college needs you to help young adults with their English. An optimal project for English or Business majors or someone interested in church planting. Help organize & teach an adult English camp & conversational English classes. Help also with our Refugee Cafe & church plant where people from 7 countries worship each Sunday. |
