FOR ALL ASSIGNMENTS, your first stop will be a joint orientation with other Nehemiah Teams, learning the skills you need to carry out your assignment. You will then travel to the field to spend your summer carrying out the task you've prepared for. At the end of the summer, travel back to a joint debrief, sharing all that God has done. It is required that all participants attend orientation & debrief.

KOREAN REFUGEE51483 Team of 4 2 students assigned
Field cost: $2300 plus round trip airfare, passport & pre-field visa requirements, immunizations, required travel insurance Oppressive governments and famine have displaced this unreached people group. Every year, thousands of refugees leave their totalitarian country, where Christians are killed without trial, in search of a better and freer life. After escaping their home country, these young people travel through several Asian countries – many of them hostile – until they reach safety in South Korea. Some of these refugees were even born in other countries as their parents hid and tried to make a living. Some of them have been in danger, human trafficked, or been emotionally scarred and are in desperate need of a Savior. This summer, travel to South Korea and live with these refugee students in apartments or dorms, teaching them English, life skills, and showing them that there really is a God who loves them. Field cost: $3550 plus round trip airfare, passport & pre-field visa requirements, immunizations, required travel insurance The South Korea Cluster is looking for men and women to come join us in Incheon, South Korea and its surrounding areas for a few months. This trip in South Korea provides a wonderful opportunity for ministry of all kinds. We are looking for people who are willing to sacrifice their comfort and time during this season to bring the gospel to a people that are currently turning away from their savior. We will do all kinds of activities that may include VBS, Busking, evangelism parties, English teaching, and much more. There will be lots of walking and participants will likely take lots of public transportation. We are so happy for you to consider spending this wonderful time with us here in South Korea! The summer in South Korea provides a wonderful opportunity for ministry of all kinds. We are looking for those willing to sacrifice their comfort and time during this season to bring the gospel to a people that are currently turning away from their Savior. Your primary role will be to support the church’s ministries for the next generation and foreign migrants.
