Staff Positions Needed

​Campus & Church Connector
Connecting students to the unreached by partnering with campuses and churches to fill NT summer requests and training opportunities through AOT; and helping campuses and churches send their own NT teams.
 
Short Description: Mobilize by partnering
 
A Campus & Church Connector will:
  • work within a specified geographical area;
  • develop a strategy to connect with, follow-up and utilize present partners, friends and alumni;
  • attend campus and church-based student ministry meetings and conferences;
  • be involved in activities such as calling, emailing, visiting with partners and potential partners to get to know them, hear where they are in their mission understanding and to explain NT & AOT vision, goals and opportunities;
  • develop a strategy to mobilize the local associations which may include attending associational events, conducting children and youth mission events throughout the year;
  • be involved in preparing for & conducting annual Nehemiah Teams orientation & debrief.

AOT Trainer/Facilitator 
The AOT trainer/facilitator will ensure that the purpose and goals of AOT are accomplished.
 
The AOT trainer will:
  • lead by example in character, in competence and in carrying out all ministry assignments related to AOT;
  • ensure that all schedules and plans are followed during the training;
  • ensure that all topics, as outlined in the training manual, are completed;
  • live on-site, in community, so that much of the discipling and developing of the trainees is not only taught, but caught;
  • be expected to deploy during the summer;
  • be called upon, as needed, to make survey set-up trips or mobilization trips when AOT is not in session.
